This section will give you the information you will need to complete your registration for the 2023-24 school year. This is for students who are currently in the Davis School District.  If you are entering the district for the first time please see the New Student Enrollment section of our website.  Please carefully review the information on paying school fees, school pictures, obtaining your student's schedule, schedule changes, required forms to complete, student and parent electronic signatures, important dates and other registration-related items.
 
TO PAY FEES:
 
Go to the Davis School District home page and click on MyDSD (leaf – right hand top corner) and sign in to your guardian account. Click here to go directly to the MyDSD login page. If you do not have a MyDSD guardian account click here for instructions how to set up a guardian account in MyDSD.

            YOUR STUDENT IS NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOU:

1.      Pay registration fees online. PLEASE NOTE: Due to legislation passed by the Utah state legislature, there is only one mandatory registration fee for this school year (Activity Fee - $32.00) You may also pay your Registration in the Main Office.

2.    To ensure that no student is denied the opportunity to participate in programs, courses, or activities because of the inability to pay you can request a Fee Waiver, please complete a Fee Waiver Application form (Spanish Form) or a Delayed Payment form. This form must be turned in to Neola Jones in the main office before September 1, the Registration Deadline. Please read the instructions carefully, complete both front and back side of the form, and include required documentation. The only way that a fee waiver can be approved is for the Fee Waiver application to be completed and required documentation included. A separate application should be submitted for each student, and a new application is required for each school year. Fee waivers cannot be retro-active so please complete request before deadlineFor our full fee waiver policy please see HERE.


REGISTRATION CHECKLIST:

       STEP 1– Read all materials in this registration website. Mark important upcoming dates in your calendar

       STEP 2– Pay Registration fees online at MyDSD, or (if applicable) complete Fee Waiver Application or Request for Delayed Payment form and submit to Neola Jones or Lori Hedin in the Main Office.

      STEP 3– Electronically sign policy documents - Log into the MyDSD system. Under "Notifications" on the main page click on the clue box that says "You have documents that need your attention." You can also find this under the Tools tab at the top of the screen, then click on "Sign Documents." Click on each document and then either click accept or decline. Please make sure you view every document in your file.

      STEP 4–  Under "Tools" Access the "Emergency Contacts & Pickup Authorization" in myDSD - If your emergency contacts have changed, please contact the counseling office to update.  Also, please note: if your family’s personal information has changed in regards to address, guardian, emergency contact, email address, etc., please contact the school's registrar in the counseling office to update any incorrect or missing information. Concurrent Enrollment Registration Requirements:

Weber State University requires a one-time admissions fee to the university, as well as a registration fee ($5 per credit hour) for each Concurrent Enrollment class taken, which is separate from Viewmont registration fees. If you have enrolled in a Concurrent Enrollment class, you will receive information via email prior to the beginning of class, with guidelines and requirements that are specific to each class.
