Viking Preview is coming up on January 29, from 6-8 P.M. This is a great chance for incoming students to meet their future teachers, explore class options, and more! We hope to see you all there.

Are you interested in playing girls lacrosse at Viewmont? Come to preseason conditioning! Tryouts will be February 23-24 from 5-7pm.on the turf (if bad weather tryouts will be held in the Aux Gym). After tryouts practice will be held every Monday - Friday from 5-7pm.

Conditioning Schedule:
January 7th - 5:30 - 7 in the Aux Gym
January 9th - 5:30 - 7 in the Aux Gym
January 14th - 6:30-8 in the Aux Gym
January 16th - 5:30 - 7 in the Aux Gym
January 19th - 5:30 - 7 in the Aux Gym
January 21st - 5:30 - 7 in the Aux Gym
January 27th - 5:30 - 7 in the Aux Gym
January 28th - 5:30 - 7 in the Aux Gym
February 4th - 5:30 - 7 in the Aux Gym

Recently, Viewmont High School teacher and coach Andru Jones received recognition from

the Davis School District for participating in the Emmy-nominated and Utah Best of State winning video, 'Making It Count'.

His work with Viewmont High School's Unified Sports program and football team has helped students feel empowered and his recognition as the Davis School District 2024 Teacher of the Year reflects his commitment to every student’s potential.

The magic captured in this video shows the culture of belonging and support that our teachers exemplify across the district. These projects show how students and dedicated educators make a real difference in our schools and the community.

9th - 12th grade girls come workout with the girls lacrosse team in our preseason conditioning! They are every Wednesday and start on November 5th. The schedule is: 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3 and 12/10 from 5:30 pm - 7:00pm. And December 17th from 6:00 pm - 7:30pm. All conditioning is in the Aux Gym (small gym). Viewmont High School Basketball presents Meet the Team Night on Friday, November 14th at 6:00 pm

There will be VHS Basketball Team Scrimmages, a Men's and Women's Alumni Game, Silent Auction, & $5 Raffles.
We will also have performances by our Vykelles, Cheer, Sound Ideas, Rock Band, Drumline, Color Guard & Pep Band.
