The Beverley Taylor Sorenson Arts Learning Program has been a part of Foxboro Elementary for the past two years. This program provides funding for the school to hire an Arts Endorsed Specialist to work with all the students at Foxboro. Foxboro has used district prep time funding as well as school funds to provide a full time Drama specialist, Mr. Lingen. Mr. Lingen comes with 27 years in the classroom as well as a Drama Endorsement. He works with each class once a week to help students learn from integrated drama lessons. This last year, students integrated language arts knowledge and drama skills to create programs, plays, puppet shows, and class presentations.
