We are thrilled to introduce one of our new addition to the 6th grade teaching team, Rachel Johnson!
Some of her favorite hobbies are graphic art, crocheting, jewelry making, cosmetics, sewing, and basically anything that is crafty!
In her personal life, Rachel is the middle child of eight siblings (yes, eight!). She married her towering 6'6" husband last year, while she herself stands at 5' (almost 5'1"). Their height difference always brings a smile and, of course, plenty of questions.
Rachel has a love for nature and enjoys hiking when she gets the chance. As much as she loves exploring nature, Rachel is more of a homebody at heart. There's no place like home where she can unwind and enjoy her favorite crafts, but when she has the energy, she’s always up for an adventure!
When it comes to snacks, she’s a big fan of fresh fruit like strawberries and pineapples. But nothing beats her love for a good cup of coffee! Her go-to order at Dutch Bros is an Almond Milk Latte with caramel and vanilla, but if she’s looking for something a little more refreshing, a cold Coke Zero is always a winner.
We are so excited to have Mrs. Johnson with us this year and look forward to all the wonderful things she will bring to the table.
