Come join the VHS Cheerleaders for a Mini Cheer Camp on August 28th, 29th, and 30th at Viewmont High School. The cost is $40 and it is for ages 4-12. T-shirts and bow to wear during the performance will be given on the second day of practice.
8/28 practice from 5-6 pm, 8/29 practice from 5-6 pm, 8/30 will be a performance at the Viewmont Football Game. Arrive at the school at 6:00 pm and meet the cheerleaders at the north side of the stadium. The mini cheerleaders will cheer on the sideline during the 2nd quarter of the game and perform at halftime around 7:30 pm.

This fundraiser helps to pay for competition fees for the school year and it is so fun for everyone involved!
The Viewmont Boys Golf Team is holding a fundraiser kids golf clinic on September 7th from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Lakeside Golf Course, (1201 N. 1100 W. Bountiful). This is for kids ages 5 - 13. They will cover chipping, putting, and driving with the VHS Boys Golf Team.

We welcomed the teachers and staff back-to-school today and had the first faculty meeting of the year. The student body officers were introduced and they announced the theme for this school year, "Every Viking, Every Victory, Every Voice".

Friday Night Lights is on August 9th at the VHS Football Stadium. Freshmen/Sophomore game begins at 4:00 pm. Cardinal/Gold game begins at 6:00 pm. Come enjoy the FREE ADMISSION and watch performances by the VHS Cheerleaders, Vykelles, Mini Vykelles, Marching Band and Color Guard, CJH Cheer, BJH Cheer and much more! Viking Gear will be available for purchase and there will be lots of food! Come support Viking Football!
