We are pleased to announce that parents and guardians can now update their attendance notification and language preferences in their MyDSD guardian accounts. The changes will take place May 12.
Here are the steps to follow:
Attendance Notifications:
Selection Window: April 28 - May 9
How to Update: Log in to MyDSD and select your preferred attendance notification format(s).
Navigating in MyDSD: Navigate to My Account and select the Notifications Tab, then make your selections and save the changes.
Notification Options: Choose any combination of the options for attendance notifications between Email, Text Message and Voice Call.
Guardian Management: Guardians are able to go back into their notifications tab anytime and make changes to their attendance notification preferences. Changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect.

Language Preferences:
How to Update: On the same screen as attendance notifications in MyDSD, select your preferred language. If your preferred language is available in the translation features, you will receive your messages in your preferred language.

This update allows each guardian to choose their own language preference and receive messages in their preferred language.
